Everyone gets their “juice" in their own way: I know that. I have very specific tastes and they may be different from yours. But I know good work when I hear it. That's why I can appreciate, and even promote good VAs (voice actors) even if what they do is not really my cup of tea. Even more important, though, intention matters so much when creators put this work out into the world. It is possible to understand where a creator is coming from—whether he’s in it for his own ego/libido, or genuinely sharing a gift to benefit others—by listening and paying attention to his relationship with his listeners.

It’s so great to see the rise of the creator economy. It means that this art form is a viable way for very talented, giving people to actually make a living.
